Job Description
Explore Internship Program is Raya's annual winter internship for undergraduate students and fresh graduates (2024). This 4-week program, running from January 5th to January 30th, 2025, offers participants a unique journey filled with learning, exposure, and practical experience.
HR: This track offers undergraduates and fresh graduates hands-on experience in talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding, learning & development and much more in a fast-paced industry. This track is available at Raya Holding, Raya restaurants, and Aman Holding.
Marketing: This track offers interns hands-on experience in strategic communication, brand management, and marketing campaigns. Gain skills in media relations, social media, event coordination, and storytelling while contributing to Raya’s market presence and corporate image. Ideal for creative, results-driven individuals. This track is available at Raya Holding and Aman Holding.
Finance: This track offers undergraduates and fresh graduates hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data. Develop essential analytical skills and gain insights into financial decision-making in a dynamic business environment. This track is available at Raya Holding and Raya restaurants.
After Sales: This track immerses interns in the digital transformation of aftersales services, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing customer experience through technology. Participants will explore digital tools, data-driven decision-making, and innovative strategies to modernize aftersales operations, gaining valuable skills in a rapidly evolving field. This track is available at Raya Auto.
Information Technology (IT): This track introduces undergraduates and fresh graduates to the core of IT operations, focusing on maintaining and enhancing organizational technology. Interns will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system management, and network support while learning how to ensure seamless IT infrastructure performance.
