Experienced Technical Support Professional
We have an opportunity for an Experienced Technical Support Professional to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have 3+ years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role and expertise in commercial security technologies and products: Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion products.

As an Experienced Technical Support Professional - Commercial Security at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide expert technical facilitation to our customers in the Commercial Security business unit. You will be accountable for resolving complex technical issues, serving as a subject matter expert in commercial security technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Cairo, Egypt office location. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, team performance, and the success of our commercial security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
YOU MUST HAVE:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support
or a similar role
• Expertise in commercial security technologies and products.
Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion products.
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple
projects and tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
French would be an added advantage.
• Expertise on Microsoft Windows, SQL and TCP/IP Networks.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to customer
satisfaction
