Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with efficiency and in alignment with dealership policies and procedures. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems. Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about their vehicle's condition and any additional services required. Estimate the time needed for additional repairs and provide accurate timelines. Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician.
Certifications: ASE Certification required; A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of new vehicle technologies and diagnostic tools.
Skills: + Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
+ Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
+ Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair techniques.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
