Four Seasons Alexandria is looking for an Executive Sous Chef where in this position its incumbent is responsible for the preparation of high quality meals in accordance with company standards, menu specifications and production schedules. He/she is also responsible for overseeing kitchen helpers in the preparation of meals, while meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards. Will be working closely with the Executive Chef and will provide support at the kitchen when the Executive Chef is away. Experienced kitchen leader with proven ability to supervise the production of upscale food at high volume levels. 15.Create daily schedule to ensure proper staffing requirements are met 1.Minimum 5 years in banquet experience 2.Minimum 5 years management experience in food and beverage operation 3.High Volume, restaurant experience; 5.Strong communication , documentation and organizational skills 6.Ability to maintain high levels of food cost and hygiene 7.Knowledge of food and hygiene ( HACCP) is required 8.Ability to lead and mentor a team 9.Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills 11.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
