We are targeting Executive Chefs with large key luxury international hotel brand experience within Middle Eastern & European markets.
As Executive Chef you’ll be optimising operational & financial performance across all outlets, kitchens & CPU, establishing brand standards, menu engineering, suppliers, & staff training & development.
Requirements:
Must come from a 5* hotel background
Location experience across both Europe & the Middle East
