Job Description:
Support management in different tasks
Communicate with clients if needed
Maintain meeting records for the management
Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
Develop and maintain a filing system
Follow up and submit reports from various departments as needed
Support and facilitate the completion/submission of regular reports
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Organize meetings, take notes, and deliver minutes of meetings to all parties involved
Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
Implement administrative procedures
Create Excel sheets as requested
Responsible for office supplies and equipment
Interface with outsourced suppliers and clients
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good Looking
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
