Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and process efficiency.
Ensure effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, acting as a liaison to resolve issues quickly.
Anticipate potential challenges or bottlenecks and proactively address them before they impact operations.
Conduct research and analyze business data to support decision-making for the executive team.
Compile, analyze, and present data insights, creating comprehensive reports and presentations for review by senior leadership.
Maintain dashboards that monitor key performance metrics, trends, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate ad-hoc projects by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and aligning resources to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for executive reviews.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Ensure all executive-level communications and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and securely managed.
Ensure executive’s calendar alignment with business priorities through confirming relevant meetings, documenting meeting briefs and tracking follow-up actions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
4+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting executives.
Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools
