Client Details

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support its senior management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the leadership in achieving their objectives.

Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangementsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as neededAct as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentialityOrganise and prioritise incoming information and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-upsCoordinate and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverable are achievedAssist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other materialsManage and maintain executive files and records, both electronic and physicalHandle confidential information with discretion and integritySupport the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferencesPerform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.


Profile
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and ArabicStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skills.
