Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client objectives and event requirements.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
Develop event concepts and themes based on client specifications.
Create detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Ensure all logistical details are managed, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and technical requirements.
Develop and manage event budgets. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure events are delivered within budget while maintaining quality.
Oversee event setup and breakdown. Manage event staff and volunteers.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
Ensure client and attendee satisfaction throughout the event.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction and event success. Gather feedback and provide recommendations for future events.
Prepare post-event reports and financial summaries.
Develop and execute event marketing and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
Utilize social media and other channels to promote events.
Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
-Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Events Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
