1. ERP System Management:

Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system to align with company operations.
Ensure data integrity and high availability of the system at all times.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to system use and management.

2. User Support and Training:

Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues promptly.
Conduct training sessions to educate users on the ERP system's functionality and best practices.
Develop and maintain user documentation and manuals to ensure users are informed and empowered to use the system efficiently.

3. Operations Support:

Manage inbound customer requests and verify space availability based on customer contracts.
Handle daily outbound customer orders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any order-related issues.
Process inbound and outbound orders in both the ERP system and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth order processing.
Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor and track the end-to-end order cycle to ensure proper execution and resolve any discrepancies.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience
