Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!



In this role you will have the chance to joinour Electrification & Automation team and be a part of our success story in the Middle East regionbased in Egypt/Cairo.Your role main responsibilities & experience shall cover the following:



  • He\She will define and coordinate the implementation of the QEHS related standards, guidelines, processes and measures with ensuring adherence to the ISO and other applicable international standards.
  • Support the implementation of the Integrated Management System with adherence to company’s policies & guidelines, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Support the planning and leading of the preparations at BUs level for third party certification process related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Support the QEHS team, BUs Heads and other support teams to achieve the QEHS policies objectives. 
  • Support the adaption, promotion and the implementation of the company’s QEHS programs and initiatives with monitoring their effectiveness at BUs level. 
  • Plan, implement and follow up the audits / assessments / inspections program (including certification audits where applicable). 
  • Ensure that applicable statutory requirements are identified and accorded to. 
  • Ensure implementation of QEHS related risk management principals in processes, projects and products. 
  • Ensure timely and controls QEHS related reporting as to local and Siemens requirements. 
  • Ensure adequate QEHS related communication towards internal and external stakeholder and authorities. 
  • Provide\coordinate training to all relevant staff on Quality, EHS and relevant best practices.
  • Ensure adequate planning and implementation of the product safety guidelines. 
  • Conduct suppliers\contractors QEHS assessments, as applicable.
  • Ensure adequate management and reporting of customers feedback.
  • Ensure implementation of EHS materials compliance guidelines.
  • Scheduling, tracking and generating various statistical analysis of data for the purpose of reporting.
