The Job in a Nutshell💡 


We are looking to hire a dynamic and energetic Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving Foodics’ growth by sourcing, closing, and actively maximizing revenue from new and existing partners, particularly focusing on selling our SaaS software to restaurants. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our international reach and boosting collaboration with digital third-party integration apps. What Will You Do❓


  • Achieve Strategic Sales Targets: Deliver consistently high closing ratios on qualified leads while meeting and exceeding ambitious KPIs. Drive significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies targeting large enterprises and key accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management and Acquisition: Develop and implement targeted strategies to acquire new enterprise clients. Cultivate strong relationships with large organizations, leveraging both digital marketing campaigns and participation in high-profile industry networking events to close high-value deals.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in large enterprises, ensuring ongoing business opportunities and positioning the company as a trusted partner for future growth.
  • CRM Proficiency & Reporting: Expertly utilize CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on large-scale enterprise accounts and strategic projects. Drive sales performance by leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Use data analytics and CRM insights to develop and optimize sales strategies tailored for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring maximum impact and alignment with business objectives.
  • Pipeline Generation & Forecasting: Consistently generate a robust sales pipeline that exceeds monthly quotas, with a proven ability to secure multiple large enterprise accounts simultaneously and manage long sales cycles effectively.
  • Advanced Sales Techniques & Skill Development: Participate in advanced training sessions on sales strategies, product features, and enterprise account management. Achieve expertise in complex sales processes and enterprise-level product solutions.
  • Innovative Thinking & Business Growth: Foster a dynamic, innovative approach to problem-solving within a high-growth SaaS environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new ideas and contribute to driving business expansion in the enterprise sector.

What Are We Looking For❓


  • Educational Background: BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in direct sales to large enterprises and managing complex sales processes. Strong track record of selling SaaS, IT solutions, or other enterprise-level products and services.
  • Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing large, strategic accounts and building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze enterprise client needs, industry trends, and market data to inform and drive sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to senior executives and decision-makers within large organizations. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car, with a willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring that large-scale projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a proven ability to adapt and remain effective while managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Passion for Enterprise Solutions: Deep enthusiasm for technology, specifically SaaS solutions, and a keen interest in driving business growth within the enterprise sector.
