Responsibilities Support site-wide system to identify and evaluate hazards (risks) and implement effective controls (corrective solutions) consistent with Company risk management process. Facilitate the development and implementation of HSE programs including clarifying the roles of others who will assist with (or lead) each program; assuring the development of prioritized action plans with timetables for execution; and participating in the development of plant-specific procedures and methods; Facilitate the effectiveness of employee HSE training, including HSE training and orientation for new employees, Support the development and maintenance of accurate, up-to-date, and complete records for HSE-related activities. Support the incident investigation process in alignment with Company systems, using participative root cause analysis techniques and applying appropriate countermeasures. Support the implantation and response to regulatory and other requirement compliance activities, including GEHSMS, Egyptian Laws, on-site inspections, written complaints, notices of violation, etc Gather and report data on HSE performance (metrics), plan execution, audit corrective actions, and incidents. Participating in all contractor management activities including work permit and contractor evaluation Qualifications University Grade (Science / Engineering) More than 0-1 years’ Experience good English Language Written and Spoken Advanced Computer Skills Subject Matter Expertise in core risk areas, control systems, and safety regulations Prior experience leading, mentoring and developing a safety team is an Advantage. Good problem solving, organizational and analytical skills. Solid employee relations experience, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
