Engineer Manager (AI/ML)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our AI/ML team in developing and maintaining cutting-edge AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with our platform. This role requires both strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise, with a focus on building scalable and reliable software systems. In this role, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are efficiently implemented, optimized, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining complex AI-driven systems that enhance mobile performance monitoring and app insights.
• Collaborate with product managers to align on features and deliverables, ensuring that AI solutions meet product requirements and customer needs.
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML algorithms into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience working with AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Experience with mobile technologies and performance optimization is a plus.
