EVA Pharma is looking to hire '' Electrical Engineering Manager '' with the below responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
Reduce Annual Electricity Consumption: Implement energy-efficient technologies and practices to lower electricity usage.
Mitigate Impact of Electricity Cut Offs: Develop and maintain backup power systems and contingency plans to ensure continuous production.
Comply with HSE Requirements: Ensure all electrical components meet Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Pass Major Audits: Regularly inspect and maintain electric panels and components to meet audit standards.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.

Language Proficiency: Very good command of the English language.

Communication and Negotiation: Strong skills in these areas to effectively manage teams and negotiate with suppliers.

Industry Experience: At least 10 years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of EVA Pharma’s operations.
