Job Scope:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join 500 Global's dynamic team in Egypt. This role offers an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the growing Egyptian startup ecosystem and gain invaluable insights into program management.
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our programs and ensuring smooth operations.

Essential Functions


  • Support Program Delivery: Assist the 500 Global team in Egypt with all aspects of program execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Startup Outreach and Recruitment: Engage with potential startup applicants to attract and recruit high-potential companies for the programs.
  • Applicant Support: Answer questions from applicants regarding program details and requirements, leveraging local knowledge.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the preparation and delivery of Demo Days, graduation ceremonies, immersion treks, and both virtual and in-person events.
  • Batch Communication: Draft and send regular emails to participants with updates, housekeeping information, upcoming events, new mentors, service offerings, and deadlines.
  • Document Management: Update and maintain internal documents and tools to support regular reporting and program visibility.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Participate in weekly syncs with local, regional, and global teams to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for program improvement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with startups, partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of program activities and events.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
