What you will be doing

• Actively seeking out, engaging, and negotiating with potential sellers to convert them into new sellers on JUMIA.
• Ensuring that the new sellers' product assortment listed aligns with market demand.
• Facilitating the initial setup and process for new sellers, ensuring a smooth and effective understanding of the system.
• Account management for 1 month and offering ongoing support to help new sellers achieve their goals and maximize their potential (training, consulting)
• Tracking the progress and performance of the onboarded sellers, and making adjustments as needed to support continued growth.
• Gathering feedback from newly acquired sellers to refine strategies and improve the onboarding process.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in vendor acquisition and account management.
• Experienced in offline networking and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Google sheets is a plus.
