DXP Practice Team Leader
Job Description
The DXP Practice Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital experience platform (DXP) solutions. This includes leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes that align with both organizational goals and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, familiarity with ready-made frameworks, and a proven track record of leading teams to successful project completions. Define and execute the DXP delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and pursue project opportunities Provide thought leadership on adopting Liferay best practices and emerging industry trends Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Liferay-based DXP projects Effectively manage project timelines, resource allocation, and project risk Ensure adherence to technical, quality, and security standards across all deliverables Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve high-performance outcomes Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive team environment Assess team performance regularly and implement professional development plans Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the DXP practice Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of project methodologies and operational processes Document and share knowledge on best practices, technical solutions, and lessons learned Ensure project learnings are integrated into future projects and improve overall delivery

Technical Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 12 years in software development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
-Proven expertise in front-end and back-end technologies
-Strong experience with ready-made frameworks and integration practices
-Proficient in Liferay platform development and administration.
-Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Angular, or React.
-Experience in microservices, and API integration.
