Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Dispatcher
What will you do:
Plan and schedule routes for drivers to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Adjust schedules as needed based on changes in service requests, traffic conditions, or unforeseen issues. Coordinate with drivers to ensure clear communication and resolution of problems. Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and completed jobs. Prepare and file reports, including daily logs, incident reports, and performance metrics. Address and resolve issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts. Monitor and ensure that all dispatched services comply with legal and safety requirements. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Work closely with logistics team, production, and warehouse to arrange inbound and outbound shipments. Check quantities between the invoice and delivery note.
