Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsi*diaries, is hiring a Director [People and Culture]


Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and priorities. Form strong relationships with Senior Managers and Executives representatives to ensure that the team perspective is fully represented in decision making. Oversee the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and compliance. Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture. Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters, such as organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management. Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and support to effectively deliver HR services and programs. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and implement continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs. Promote employee engagement, development, and well-being through effective HR initiatives and programs. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering open communication and addressing workplace concerns. Coach, mentor and support senior colleagues to identify strengths and development needs. Ensure the efficient management of annual HR budgets. Determine relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes. Create and oversee the plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.

Technical skills:



Thorough knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs. Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analysis tools. Strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Knowledge of change management and organizational development principles. Familiarity with talent management and succession planning best practices. Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work culture. Strong project management and process improvement skills.

Education



• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
