Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Sr specialist is mainly responsible of enriching Vodafone’s Digital Channels’ (Ana Vodafone Application/Website) experience and ensuring that the digital channels are becoming a part of our customers’ daily lives emphasizing on Vodafone Egypt being a leader in Digital Market.




Job Profile
  • Responsible for Ana Vodafone Application/Website strategy and roadmap and accountable for its technical and commercial execution.
  • Increase customer penetration and engagement by helping users to reach the shared local market and group targets.
  • Digitalize segments to enable ALL existing and new services/price plans/bundles to be available over Digital Channels with a priority of new launches (for both Consumer and Enterprise Segments)
  • Responsible for targeted campaigns through the application/website that are tailored to customers to improve their engagement and attachment to Vodafone Egypt
  • Responsible for the application/website activations through Social Media platforms, Influencers, Vodafone Egypt events, and new product launches


Competencies and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree of Business administration, Marketing or any relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Customer centric person
  • Ability to define goals and turn them into practical plans and achieve targets.
  • Digital & Product management experience
  • Project management skills
  • Negotiation and collaboration skills & Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in working on Agile model is a plus
