We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the SEO Specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their online behavior. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising. Develop engaging content (written, and visual) for various digital marketing channels (website, social media, email). Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign performance. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports to track progress, measure ROI, and inform future marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:



2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing). Proven track record of successfully creating and executing digital marketing campaigns. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. A data-driven approach to marketing with a strong analytical mind. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with internal teams (SEO, content marketing, sales).
