Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, E-commerce, and display advertising.
- Utilize growth hacking techniques to identify and implement innovative strategies for rapid growth.
- Conduct social media listening research to monitor brand sentiment and identify trends.
- Analyze website traffic and customer data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of email marketing automation and personalization.
- Experience with content marketing and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
