Job Title: Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Consultant to strategically lead our online marketing and employer branding initiatives. This role involves creating innovative digital strategies to enhance our brand presence, effectively engage our target audience, and position NOK HC as an employer of choice.

Job Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote NOK HCs brand and services. Create and manage engaging digital campaigns across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and others. Oversee content creation for digital channels (websites, blogs, social media), ensuring alignment with brand voice and market trends. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations. Develop and strengthen employer branding efforts, promoting NOK HC as a leading workplace. Coordinate closely with internal teams to align digital marketing activities with organizational goals. Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness, refine strategies, and report performance metrics. Set detailed marketing plans and strategies, including expected Return on Investment (ROI) and increased audience engagement and reach. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure successful collaboration and campaign execution.

Key Requirements:



Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 4 to 6 years of proven experience in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) industry. Demonstrated experience in creating strategic marketing plans with clear goals related to ROI, audience engagement, and digital reach. Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with external marketing agencies. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Exceptional skills in content creation, storytelling, and brand management. Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills. Employer branding experience is highly preferred.
