The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive DHC (Digital healthcare solution), solutions to help applying a holistic approach in integrated care to support patients, focusing on Core Pharma therapeutic area
Construction and implementation of the Integrated Care Plan including the global and local strategies defined for each business model that will support the different portfolios.
Support in the development of innovative tools that support the MCO brand strategies and patient support solutions related to different portfolios .
Aligning Pharma commercial projects with Sanofi's strategic objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and support driving project success across the commercial operations.
Detect and quantify business opportunities for integrated care solutions and innovative business approaches as well as value adding partnerships, according to the current and future portfolio of the company in the field of digital healthcare solutions.
Development of innovative business models with PHI, self-insured organizations and KOL's in coordination with internal stakeholders & MA teams
Creation and implementation of the Integrated Care plan based on the global and local strategies and needs of the products that will support.
Coordinate disease awareness and screening campaigns with relevant internal stakeholders in partnership with health authorities, health association and payers.
Propose and provide extra patient support related to life-style management (proper food and exercise education … etc.) and complement efforts to prevent or manage common related health problems.
Identify target accounts and implement integrated care projects in coordination with Sales & Customer Engagement Heads and external partners.
Communicate information on integrated care management program to all internal stakeholders to connect, facilitate serving chronic patients and HCP engagement to optimize therapy.
Deliver a best-in-class patient experience with Sanofi by coordinating with the global & local teams responsible creating, customizing & launching a modern and secure platform i.e. Patient Relationship Management Platform that can help to close the loop between all stakeholders (Patients, HCPs& Educators) for better management& also follow up with the service provider for the good implementation& success for this platform after launch.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the related Operational Quality Standard and must work in close collaboration with pharmacovigilance, medical and quality functions regarding their related activities prior to program launch and continuously throughout the conduct of the program until completion.
Follow up with the service provider for the education & the screening programs in line with Sanofi standards and regulations.
Participating in Marketing, Medical & Business review meetings & activities for the related products as a member in HQ agile team.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Lead implementation of strategic digital initiatives. highly focused, dedicating his/her time to build digital initiatives, consisting in increasing digital mindset and usage of digital solutions to improve Business impact as well as work efficiency to ensure their success handful of initiatives.
She/he will have full responsibility for executing these initiatives in close link with Franchise heads, Medical, GTMC Marketing and other Digital leaders and partner across Sanofi organization to implement successfully. Specifically, she/he will:
Manage the digital solutions defining the business case; defining the minimum viable solution (technical or non-technical), proof of concept, or pilot; evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner options; selection and success criteria for providers / partners; etc. She/he will work with ITS, and/or procurement, as appropriate.
Implement projects / pilots effectively, including developing project delivery plan; tracking progress; managing operational, financial, and organizational risks; selecting and tracking key performance indicators; etc.
Scale impact by recording and sharing learnings and relevant trend updates / thought leadership across initiatives and business units.
Interact with key external stakeholders such as health authorities, Academics, Pharmaceutical Associations or Start-up companies to collect data, engage projects and strategic technology
Education: 5 years previous in Medical, Sales or Marketing experience
Diversified experience in different therapeutic areas
Project management capabilities and proven experience
Strong Leadership capabilities & stakeholder management.
Knowledge and experience of the key digital channels and ability to use that knowledge effectively drive omnichannel customer interactions.
Ability to acquire proper level of product, Medical and Patient management knowledge related to disease management areas within the scope.
Knowledge and experience of levering customer insights to drive digital strategy.
Independent self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking ability; can understand all the information available, tie it all together, and speak to it clearly and concisely
Established track record of delivery in a complex environment.
Ability to partner across functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization.
