About You
We are seeking an experienced
Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in
Google Ads and working knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads and
Meta Ads. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in managing digital ad campaigns, preferably in the
North American market. . You will need to plan, set up, manage and monitor campaigns across a variety of digital channels, helping to increase awareness, generate leads and convert new customers for our clients. Job Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI maximization. Manage and monitor ad performance across Google Ads platforms, including
Search, Display Ads. Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on
LinkedIn Ads and
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to support integrated marketing efforts. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies. Create and test compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions. Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and lower costs. Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Compile campaign reports and present them to clients and internal teams Continually monitor and refine active campaigns to maximize performance and achieve targeted conversions Identify possible new digital marketing trends and opportunities, and educate clients and internal teams on them Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to align campaigns with business goals.
Job Qualifications
A minimum of
3+ years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns, with a primary focus on
Google Ads. Working knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads and
Meta Ads platforms. Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns for the
North American market is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as
Google Analytics,
Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific analytics dashboards. Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling ad content and present campaign results. Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certification in
Google Ads (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, or Shopping certification) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B and/or B2C industries with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
