Job Title: Design Team Leader. Location: Sheikh Zayed Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to enhance skills and creativity.
Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads for efficiency.
Develop and implement processes to support design practices and project lifecycles.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, providing regular updates on project schedules.
Provide creative direction aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
6-7 years of experience in a Senior Designer role.
Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to align design strategies with business goals and client needs.
Expertise in graphic design principles and visual communication.
