As a Design Manager , you will play a key role in the overall success of the organization by managing and implementing design management functions. You will be reporting to the Sr. tendering and Design Manager and supporting the department in performing its goal of providing technical support to the whole operation. You will be responsible in managing design consultants and client coordination, adherence to timeliness and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient design management.

Key Accountabilities

• Overseeing and managing the creative process of a project, from concept to completion.
• Coordinating with clients, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and establish design goals.
• Supervising the design team and the design consultants, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of the design output.
• Manage designers, ensure design quality, and make sure projects stay within budget and timeframes.
• Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
• Resolving design problems or issues that arise during the project.
• Continually reviewing and implementing improvements to the design process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling complex Urban development projects.
• Experience in working with Project Management Consultant.
• Excellent, attention to detail, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and ability to handle Client and consultants.
• Expertise and understanding of design principles and techniques with strong management skills.
• Flexible to relocate to any location in Saudi Arabia.
