Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients' design manager:
Position Overview:
The Design Manager is responsible for leading the creative and technical aspects of interior design projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions that meet client needs. This role involves managing design teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor interior designers, delegating tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency.
Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Material & Trend Research: Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and sustainability practices to enhance project outcomes.
Budgeting & Scheduling: Ensure projects stay within financial and time constraints while maintaining design integrity.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and resolve any design-related challenges.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
Working conditions:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Friday and Saturday are off
