Role Purpose

•    The candidate will be responsible of Business customers’ demands handling, and service requests fulfilment, Administration, Clustering, prioritizing all demands raised towards the tools and automation centre of excellence and will be responsible of vendor engagement to fulfil these demands or requests.
•    The candidate will require the ability to thrive in a team atmosphere and work interactively across multiple departments & multiple technologies.
 




Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    .B.S Computer or telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer engineering with at least 3 years' experience in IT
•    3-4 Overall years of Experience
•    Cross-functional background, have a working experience in more than one area in IT environment    
•    Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis.            
•    Prince2 / PMP knowledge a must 
•    Agile knowledge (fundamentals)
•    System Administration/ IT infrastructure basics 
•    Highly motivated, self-starter with a technical background and a commitment to achieving results
 




Key accountabilities and decision ownership


•    Administrate, Cluster, prioritize all demands raised towards the tools and automation team.
•     Vendor management 
•    Monitoring tools portfolio management.
•    Understand, anticipate and influence customer demand for Monitoring and reporting services.
•    Set disciplines, tools, and governance mechanisms designed to surface, stimulate and shape business demand for monitoring tools in balance with supply constraints.
•    Determine real resource costs and efforts and develop a cost / time model so tools team can better respond to demands of the business.
•    Develop Reporting Framework and Dashboard that will give a clear overview of work on the Tools and Automation team.
•    Acts as Business Relationship Manager (BRM) – the key interface between business stakeholders and Tools and Automation team.
•    Acting as the delivery SPOC towards any customer on all the new demands and requirements.
•    lead demand boards for design and implementation plans validation 
•    Work on impact analysis with Project manager for different changes and enhancements requested by/for the customer.
•    Ensures the timely response for customer enquiries in a manner that doesn’t jeopardize business efficiency.
•    Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.
•    Ensures compliance with organisational and industry standards
•    Production of high-quality processes and documentation for any activities undertaken as part of the role. 




Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Customer Management 
•    Business Stakeholders Management
•    Reporting 
•    Prince2/PMP
•    Technical Background
•    Project Coordination/Facilitation Experience on IT Deliveries
