About the role
The Dealer Success Specialist will serve as a key account manager, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of automotive dealers. In this role, you will track and monitor dealer sales performance, provide support, and ensure that dealers are receiving the right inventory from our company to meet their sales targets. You’ll also be involved in tracking application activity, dealer engagement, and managing the suite of services that we offer to our dealers.

What you will do!!


  • Account Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with dealers and act as their main point of contact, providing ongoing support and insights to drive sales and business growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory needs, and growth metrics. Proactively analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve dealer results.
  • Application Activity: Track and manage dealer activity within the application, ensuring active engagement, and helping navigate through various stages of the application process. Monitor dealer activity levels and provide assistance to maximize engagement and success within the platform.
  • Service Management: Oversee the full range of Sylndrs services offered to dealers, including financing options, lending, dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-customer engagement, and more. Ensure dealers are fully informed and able to leverage these services to optimize their business.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing product training, support, and troubleshooting to dealers, helping them understand and utilize our services, inventory systems, and sales tools.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cars to dealers, matching their inventory needs with available stock.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any challenges or issues raised by dealers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties. Act as the voice of the dealer internally, ensuring their feedback is communicated and acted upon.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to deliver the best possible service to dealers and drive success across the network.

Who You Are!!


  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or dealer relationshipspreferably within the automotive industry.
  • Automotive Knowledge: A strong understanding of dealership operations, automotive sales, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and engage dealers effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze dealer performance data, track application activity, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset, able to proactively address issues and concerns.
  • Service-Oriented: Comfortable managing and promoting services such as financing, lending, and engagement tools that support dealer success.
  • Organized & Self-Motivated: Ability to manage multiple dealer accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating dealer platforms and systems, and able to provide guidance on maximizing usage and engagement.
