Provides technical guidance to the pre-sales team in the proposal phase under supervision and guidance form Technical Manager.
Provides input and different Scenarios to the Project Manager in the preparation of the implementation plan in regards to the duration required accomplishing the installation phase.
Updates on weekly and monthly basis the Project Manager/Service Manager on the progress of the assignment and escalates any problems encountered for prompt solutions.
Participates in acceptance sign-off with the customer.
Reports to the Technical Manager the current status of assigned task on weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain highest customer satisfaction by effectively following up calls as per SLA agreements.
Leads his team on the projects in accordance to the available resources.
Plans and allocates resources for assigned projects. ·
Ensures that assigned company's projects and service contract' tasks are executed and followed by his teams. ·
Ensures and monitors the Engineers’ corrective maintenance visits is undertaken efficiently, and timely meeting client satisfaction.
Monitors activities undertaken by his team, providing them with guidance and ensuring the work implemented in accordance to set milestones.
Participates in selection and hiring phase for new sub-ordinates.
Evaluates the performance of direct subordinates.
Reviews and approves the performance evaluations prepared by his subordinates for their team and submits them to the Technical Manager for final approval.
Share in planning of spares and Technical Training of the new projects with the PM/Service Manager as needed.
