Role Objectives
As a Data Entry Specialist, I input and verify text and numerical data accurately and efficiently. I compile and sort information, correct errors, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, I generate reports, store data, respond to queries, and comply with security policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Enter text-based and numerical information from source documents efficiently and within the required timeframe.
Organize and verify the accuracy of data, prioritizing tasks to prepare source materials for computer input.
Identify and correct errors or deficiencies in data, ensuring compatibility and accuracy in the output.
Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete or unclear documents.
Utilize data processing techniques and adhere to established procedures.
Produce reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations.
Scan documents and print files as needed to support workflow requirements.
Address queries related to data and provide access to relevant files or information.
Follow data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Collaborate with various teams to implement and configure system requirements as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, though not mandatory.
0-1 Years of experience as a data entry or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
