• Lead the creation and enhancement of data solutions to ensure seamless delivery and management of large data sets across different domains for analysis.
  
• Utilize data warehousing concepts to build and maintain a Data Warehouse for the organization's internal departments, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  
• Build and oversee data architecture to support data management strategies to enhance business intelligence efforts for various stakeholders.
  
• Develop and manage near real-time and batch ETL data processes aligned with business needs to augment the data pipeline from raw OLTP databases to data solution structures.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flow diagrams, security access protocols to ensure data quality, and data availability across all business systems.
  
• Understand and translate business requirements into the BI context, designing data models/marts to convert raw data into meaningful insights.
  
• Oversee the creation of dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI/Metabase to ensure they meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.
  
• Lead data analysis efforts, presenting findings through detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
  
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications to set and manage timelines for task completion.
  
• Lead Oracle data warehouse development efforts to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval.
  
• Oversee SQL querying processes to achieve the best analytical results
  
• Analyze current ETL processes, defining and designing new systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Make technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their functionality and performance, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  
• 8+ years of experience in Data engineering & BI field
  
• Knowledge of functions, Fintech, and e-payment
  
• Proven experience in Linux and Windows Server OS and Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL, Mongo DB environments.
  
• Strong experience in Python
  
• Hands on experience experience in ETL development (Apache spark, kafka, airflow, apache impala, Hadoop, hdfs)
  
• Strong understanding of ODS, DDS and data marts
  
• Excellent communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
  
• Excellent leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years leading a team
