Role Purpose

This role is key to drive revenue growth and profitability of Vodafone Egypt by increasing customer lifetime value, ARPU and AMPU, through optimised and timely sales actions (cross selling and upselling) also, proactively retain customers.




Role Responsibilities

•    Responsible for all BTL propositions/ communications with the consumer (i.e. defining cohorts of customers to target in marketing messages and designing communication with these customers).


•    Discover relevant aspects of consumer behavior and implement base management strategies through design & execution of all one-to-one personalized offers and subsequent campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best commercial return.


•    Create a customer lifecycle roadmap to ensure that the maximum value is derived from customers, from acquisition through to retention.
•    Responsible for creation of value development propositions for the existing base that support in increasing the base APRU
•    Ability to define the most appropriate customer proposition, contact and lifecycle activity to support Customer strategies, objectives and targets.
•    Deliver the P&L targets for CVM, as defined in the fiscal year budget.
 




Must Have Qualifications

•    B.SC degree preferably engineering, Business, Economics


•    1-2 years of Marketing experience preferably in telecom sector.


•    Experienced in briefing of and working with qualitative and quantitative market research, customer insight, customer data, financial information and customer segmentation.
•    Economic/financial (spreadsheet) modeling.

•    Commercially driven, able to rationalize strategies into deliverable, operational business plans


•    Strong analytical skills
•    Solid numerical and logical skills. Proven ability to interpret commercial and financial analysis and came out with Action plan.
•    Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build cross-functional partnerships (Stakeholder management within CBU team and broader organization)
•    Comfortable working in a supercharged environment, taking initiative and managing multiple projects at once
•    Multitasking and results oriented
•    Significant knowledge of customer driven marketing techniques and processes and experience of direct marketing principles.
•    Excellent planning skills (including project based management skill set, along with experience of managing multiple and varied activities within a dynamic environment) 
•    Passionate about the impact CVM activity can have on the customer
