Role Purpose

CVM Campaigns specialist is accountable for all Vodafone communication of any commercial /non-commercial proposition ensuring its alignment and integrity with the Marketing strategic priorities, Vodafone Egypt, and VFG. 
Building and delivering best in class communication targeting, capabilities, and execution practices that increase channel profitability and ROI attached with best customer experience across all VF communication Channels.
Responsible for delivering a diverse range of end-to-end capabilities projects to help the business meet its strategic objectives & aggressive growth targets attached with relevant reports.
 




Job Profile
  • Managing projects with different vendors with its related operations aligned with VF objectives with go /no-go approach. 
  • Ensuring that campaigns are efficiently having the right channel mix of activities, volume, targets using all different channel (inbound & outbound), based on the budget and the marketing plans 
  • Carrying out the Communication contact strategy 
  • Manages the commercial communication campaigns calendars, execution and reporting with the detailed plans directly with all segments owners to prepare the required support as a Fundamental partner in achieving their KPI’s in Acquisition, Revenue generation & Churn enhancement.
  • Partially responsible for gaining an annual revenue across all activities through call out channel, SMS, Mini-Call & IVR
  • Monitoring of all campaign-related financial impacts & profitability
  • Identifying Improvement areas in all communication Customer Experience and manage to determine if new or updated functionality is needed. 
  • Working cross-functionally to prioritize and execute strategic communication projects across all different departments.
  • Enabling the end-to-end concept across activities to ensure the speed & time to market.
  • Managing the whole campaigns development, validation & execution processes.
  • Acting as the only focal point of customer contact activity (across all channels and being the owner of the relationship with the product and proposition owners and the channels).

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 


  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience 
  • Proficiency in the English language is a must.
  • Mastery of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Database Skills &SQL knowledge is a plus
