We are seeking a dedicated Customer support to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients, understanding their needs and goals.Collaborate with clients to implement our digital solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of our applications.Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of our solutions.Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to address any concerns or challenges.Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements.Monitor client usage and success metrics.
Requirements:Proven experience in customer support is a plus.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Graduated with a bachelor degree.Pharma background is an advantage.- Fresh graduates are welcome.
