Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Customer Support Representative
What will you do?
Manage customer interactions, ensuring effective and efficient handling of both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless and positive service experience.
Respond promptly to customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains trust and satisfaction.
Collect, update, and organize comprehensive customer information to ensure accurate and current records.
Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of all customer information.
Handle customer communications across email, phone, SMS, and social media, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups to meet service standards.
What will you need?
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
0 -1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
