Role Overview: We are looking for a Dispatcher/Case Supporter to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations by aligning field coordinators with daily cases, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating schedules with the customer care team. Key Responsibilities:
Assign field coordinators to cases daily, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Collaborate with the customer care team to coordinate schedules effectively.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily case assignments.
Provide real-time support to field coordinators, resolving scheduling issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using scheduling or dispatching software is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
