Customer Success Officer

Aumet is a leading provider in the healthcare industry, specializing in digital solutions that streamline processes between medical distributors and pharmacies. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies.

*Responsibilities: *
Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients in Egypt, understanding their needs and goals. Collaborate with clients to implement our digital solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of our applications. Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of our solutions. Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to address any concerns or challenges. Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements. Monitor client usage and success metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare sectors customer support is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
