NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Trainer to join our Customer Service department. As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service representatives are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing call center employees
Conduct training sessions on customer service best practices, communication techniques, and product knowledge
Assess training needs and create customized training materials to address those needs
Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents to help them improve their performance
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
Proven experience as a call center trainer or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer service practices and principles
Ability to create engaging training materials
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
Knowledge of learning management systems
Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles
Certification in training or related field is a plus
