To assist Customer Acquisition Manager - Engagement in expanding engaged customers network and in coordinating smooth roll-out of process enhancements, engagement enhancements aimed towards increased customer activation, funding and usage of bank products and services utilization.
• Assist Customer Acquisition Manager - Engagement in implementing business e- channel strategies aimed towards increased customer activation rate and funding.To liaise and be the key point of contact for all engagement channels needs with relevant stakeholder.• Monitor & update of engagement operations – Escalate issues to respective business heads and seek early resolution. Coordinate with Technical/Compliance/Legal/Marketing/CX and any respective department(s) for a smooth transition/cut-over.Responsible for operational efficiencies of customer engagement with respect to –- Planning, execution, analyzing and ensure processing of activation and engagement campaigns with end-to-end stakeholders alignment, approval and providing insights/reports.- Analyzing reports and suggesting ways to enhance the activation and engagement channels and activities.- Conduct engagement channel comparison with competitor offering on services, promotions and special offerings on e-channels and update Business Managers- Coordinate with users to determine the business needs for engagement automation, evaluate business requirements and present the same to in a non-technical manner.- Coordinate with respective departments to conduct alignment and approvals prior to release on production.- Seek appropriate approvals & work in unison with users / project sponsors, to gain buy-in on the activities.- Ensure proper system/communication release processes are adopted and are duly signed off by concerned business managers.Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships- Internal: Head office (Dubai) different teams and all internal Egypt teams.- External: Vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Excellent negotiation/communications skills in order to be able to finalize and deliver the required projects within the planned timeframe.- Ability to identify new functions, enhancements and marketing messages in order to optimize the usage of our current/future services. - Good problem resolution and root cause analysis skills.- Ability to work under pressure. - Strong technology orientation and relevant experience with electronic and direct channels.- Multi-disciplinary capabilities: analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and so on.- Ability to generate MIS reports/proposals for channels usage and new functions.- Bachelor degree in Business with 2-3 years of relevant experience
