Apply now for the position of CS Digitalization Specialist (Outsourcing Contract) - Based in Cairo, Egypt.

Your role:

• Act as an expert for SharePoint and Office 365 & Microsoft power platform.
• Discover, design, develop, and implement advanced business solutions for stakeholders.
• Conduct requirements & design-thinking workshops Manage requests of SharePoint services by assessing business requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement via existing and or new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices.
• Identify and solve obstacles and blocking points for working in an agile way.
• Create and executes project work plans to meet changing needs and requirement of digitalization within the customer service Department.

Your expertise and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Ability to work within a multicultural environment
