The CRM D365 Senior Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Dynamics 365, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of CRM workflows, plugins, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to CRM functionalities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization of the CRM environment.
- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and deployment of new features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior support engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
