· Credit responsibilities include the review and approval of Customer requests related to Finance assumptions, collaterals.
· Fundamental understanding of commercial real estate property valuation.
· Understand and interpret property operating statements and personal financial statements of individual sponsors.
· Initiate/ Review /Complete analysis, reporting, forecasting, stress testing, and balancing.
· Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Amlak Finance or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues.
· Support appropriate MIS/reporting for business/ function management, including material compliance risks and control issues.
· Ensure documented policies and procedures remain updated and are aligned to the processes in place.
· Perform detailed written analysis with supporting documentation of the key risk indicators that impact the allowance for funding and lease losses.
· Develop and implement predictive analytics in support of portfolio modelling for both the existing finance portfolios as well as for new credit products being developed.
· Provide recommendations to improve credit policy, reduce credit losses while supporting retail business.
· Preparing and handling financial institutions requirements to get the needed fund to the company.

· 5-8 years’ Experience in the credit field
· A credit course is a must.
