Job Summary


A Creative Strategist combines creativity with strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns and brand initiatives. They bridge the gap between creative concepts and business objectives, using insights into market trends, audience behavior, and brand identity to craft compelling stories and experiences


Main Responsibilities


Campaign Development


  • Developing innovative campaigns, podcasts and shows ideas aligned with brand goals.

Audience & Market Analysis


  • Analyze data and audience insights to guide creative direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with teams across marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive and well-rounded project outcomes.

Brainstorming & Ideation


  • Lead brainstorming sessions and guide concept development, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Industry Trends


  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms to create forward-thinking and relevant content.

Production & Post-Production Oversight


  • Oversee the production process from start to finish, including post-production, script writing, directing to ensure the highest quality of content offline and for digital usage

Work Arrangements


  • Working Hours: 8 hours.
  • Working Type : Hybrid
  • Days Off: 2 days per week
  • On-Site Work: Required based on business needs

Ideal Profile


Education A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience +7 years of hands-on experience in distribution music and entertainment content.

Computer Skills Word – Excel - PowerPoint
