Position Title: Creative Head of Design
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Development: Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities.

Required Software Skills

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a creative head role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Skills:
- Excellent space planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts.
