Position Title: Creative Head of DesignKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers and technical designers.Design Execution: Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to realize design visions.Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals for seamless project execution.Project Management: Monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and client requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.Portfolio Development: Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities.Required Software Skills3D MaxAutoCADPhotoshopRequirementsExperience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a creative head role.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.Skills:Excellent space planning and problem-solving abilities.Strong project management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and design professionals.Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts.Skills and CompetenciesStrong design sense and taste.Willingness to learn and develop professionally.Eager to explore new challenges and opportunities.Working ConditionsWork Location: New CairoWorking Days: 5 Days a WeekWorking Hours: Flexible hours between 9 AM and 10 AM (8-hour workday)Days Off: Friday and Saturday
