Job Description The role involves overseeing all aspects of operations and commercial activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, including operations and sales. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s commercial and operational objectives in Egypt. You will oversee and manage the operations and commercial teams to ensure alignment with company goals. You will provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members to build a high-performing culture. You will set clear KPIs and ensure teams deliver on sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets. You will ensure smooth execution of operational processes, including user onboarding, fulfillment, collection & customer support You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. You will support the execution of on-ground activation activities and lead generation campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director to ensure financial targets are met and budgets are adhered to. You Monitor NowPay Growth KPIs, P&L, cash flow, and cost efficiency for the Egypt office in alignment with the finance director to ensure targets are met You will prepare and present performance reports and business updates to regional or global You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a high-performance culture in our Egypt office is a top priority. Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior managerial roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B2C startups. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields - MBA is a plus Experience in Consumer Finance and Microfinance is a plus. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. Experience in managing country-level operations is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to drive growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
