Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership:

    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:


    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Operations:


    • Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
    • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial health.
  • Team Leadership:


    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management:


    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
    • Present financial reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 18 - 25 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 - 10 years in a managerial or senior position.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
