Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project expenditures and analyze financial data to minimize costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports for all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the budgeting process by providing detailed cost insights and forecasts.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with cost objectives.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in project costs by engaging with relevant stakeholders.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with cost structures.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and assessments.
• Assess the efficiency of procurement processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and guidance on cost control processes to team members.
• Regularly report on financial status and variances to the management team.
• Implement and maintain effective cost control policies and procedures.
